Während meines zweimonatigen Aufenthalts in Argentinien habe ich einen

Monat in der wundervollen Hauptstadt Buenos Aires verbracht. Gewohnt

habe ich in Carinas Haus, wo ich sehr herzlich empfangen wurde und mich gleich wohlgefühlt habe. Carina, Ely, sind eineliebenswerte und lustige Familie.Was außerdem toll war: man hatte nicht nur Familienanschluss,

sondern auch die Möglichkeit, andere junge Leute kennenzulernen, da bei

Carina viele Sprachschüler wohnen. Man ist also nie alleine und von so

etwas wie Heimweh kann keineswegs die Rede sein! Als ich nach Argentinien

gegangen bin, konnte ich kein einziges Wort Spanisch, als ich wieder nach Hause gefahren bin, hätte ich mich am liebsten nur noch auf Spanisch unterhalten. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Zeit, die ich niemals vergessen werde Und, wie versprochen, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder nach Argentinien kommen!

Durante mi estancia de dos meses en Argentina un mes pasé en la capital maravillosa Buenos Aires. Viví en la casa de BAC, donde me dieron una bienvenida cariñosa y me sentí bien desde el principio. Caryna y Ely son una familia muy amable y divertida. Además me gusto que no sólo tuve conexión a la familia, sino también la posibilidad de conocer a otra gente joven, porque en la casa de Caryna iven muchos estudiantes del castellano. Entonces no estás sola y nunca tenés

melancolía! cuando fue a Argentina, no hablaba ninguna palabra en castellano, y cuando volví a Alemania todo el tiempo sólo quería hablar en castellano. En total, un tiempo maravilloso, que nunca voy a olvidar. Y, como lo prometí, de todos modos voy a volver a Argentina!

BAC, Auf diesem Wegen nochmals vielen Dank! Gracias por todo! From Germany

Hallo, ich bin Micha aus Deutschland. Ich habe 8 Wochen lang mit der Familie von Nico zusammengelernt. Ich war der Erste der so lange war und ich habe jeden Tag genossen. Diese Familie ist mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen, da sie unglaublich hilfsbereit und liebenswert sind. Ich hätte es nicht besser erwischen können. Dazu leben in anderen Wohnungen auch noch viele Austausch- und Sprachschüler. Wir waren sehr oft zusammen unterwegs, haben gemeinsam was unternommen oder einfach nur gechillt. Am meisten vermiss ich wohl das abendliche Zusammensitzen am großen Tisch, wenn man zusammen kocht und sich Geschichten erzählt, und das natürlich alles auf spanisch versteht sich :-) Caryna ist eine sehr engagierte Frau, die uns ermöglicht hat über Ostern eine ganz tolle Zeit in Mar del Plata zu erleben. Dieses Wochenende war das i-Tüpfelchen auf dieser super Zeit. Auf diesem Wegen nochmals vielen Dank!

Hola, soy mika de alemania. Fui 8 semanas con la familia de Nico junto. Fui el primero quien estuvo tan largo tiempo y disfruté todos dias. Me gusta todavia la familia muchisimo! No me puede parecer una familia mas sympatica! Tambien con todos otros estudiantes tuvimos mucho tiempo divertido. A veces fiestas, a veces solamente relacionarnos o fuimos a coocer algun lugar. lo mejor fue estar sentado con toda la familia a la mesa y hablar sobre algo nuevo o historias. Todo en español...claro! :-) Caryna tambien es una mujer muy comprometida. Ella nos ha organizado un fin de semana muy muy bueno en Mar del Plata en la Semana Santa. Que bueno!!

I had the pleasure of working with BAC! From USA

While living in Buenos Aires I had the pleasure of working in the cookie factory Alfajores Porteñitos which was provided to me through BAC. The company was amazing to work with and I met so many wonderful people during the experience. The program was well organized and we were on a schedule that worked well for us during our stay here. Thank you so much BAC and Porteñitos for providing a very fulfilling experience for me here in BA!

The program of BAC was properly organized! From USA

For 2 months I collaborated with BAC in order to work with the non-profit cookie factory Alfajores Porteñitos. The company makes delicious cookies and uses all the profits to support children living in the working class community of La Boca. Working with Alfajores Porteñitos was a great way to get a better feel of life in Argentina because I got to wake up and go to work everyday, (except in this case the work was making cookies,) interact with locals, drink Mate, play with kids, and help out the community. The program was properly organized, and I never once felt completely lost. The people on both sides (BAC & Alfajores) were sweet and welcoming, and I would recommend the internship to anyone who is looking for something simple and rewarding.

Eine Zeit an die ich mich sicher mein Leben lang erinnern werde, Vielen Dank BAC! From Germany

Hallo ich bin Daniel. Ich war 4 Monate in der Wohnung von Nico und Caro. Eine sehr junge und aufgeschlossene Familie. Ich habe meine Zeit dort sehr genossen. Man lernt Menschen aus allen Ecken der Welt kennen und natürlich kommt auch das Spanisch nicht zu kurz. Carina und die Familie empfangen jeden mit offenen Armen und geben sich sehr viel Mühe, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Wir haben unter anderem auch einen sehr witzigen Ausflug nach Mar de Plata unternommen. Ein sehr schöner Ort direkt am Meer! Eine Zeit an die ich mich sicher mein Leben lang erinnern werde. Hola, soy Daniel. Estuve en el departamento de Nico y Carina para 4 meses. Una familia joven y muy abierta. Disfruté mi tiempo allá mucho! Se conoce a chicos del todo el mundo y por supuesto se aprende espanol tambien. Carina y la familia le dan la bienvenida y hacen mucho esfuerzo que se siente bien. While working with BAC, I had the pleasure of being part of "La Legión de la Buena Voluntad" (LBV) whish provided me the opportunity of working with the Argentine community. Each facet of LBV provided a different learning experience as each activity was different. The program (both LBV an BAC) was well organized and welcoming. The organizations put me at ease and made feel comfortable is a society that I am nwe too- this enhanced my learning-, so with much love and gratitude, I thank BAC and LBV for the opportunity and experience.

Durante mi práctica con BAC tube el placer de ser parte de LBV la cual me dió la oportunidad de trabajar con la comunidad Argentina, cada actividad en LBV me dió distintas enseñanzas con cada actividad diferente que hacía. Todo el programa de BAC con LBV fué muy bien organizado y fuimos muy bienvenidas.Las organizaciones me trataron con amabilidad y me hicieron sentir muy cómoda en una sociedad nueva para mí, lo que ayudó mucho en mi aprendizaje del idioma castellano, con amor y gratitud. Hi, my name is Steven Branco from San Francisco. Last Autumn the opportunity arose to spend a few months in Buenos Aires with my fiancee. I had just left my job at an international bank, and was looking for an opportunity to learn Spanish while continuing to develop professionally. Caryna at BAC and Sebastian at Espanex did a wonderful job of working with me to find an appropriate internship. Ultimately, they found me a position at Banking Consulting Services, a niche finance consultancy in Buenos Aires. At BCS I received an in-depth look at the Argentine / Latin American financial system, traveled on a consultancy project, and produced sophisticated excel models for a top-tier client. The experience has been very positive.

Hi, I´m Cosima, 23 from England, and have just completed an internship which I found through Caryna and BAC, working for the social development sector of the city Government. I applied with short notice and was very impressed with how quickly I was able to start, and how well this internship matched my requirements. I worked on a microfinance project, a subject that really fascinates me, and felt like i was doing something productive for the country! I practiced my Spanish, especially my formal writing skills, and have
learnt an incredible amount about the country and culture. As I am considering pursuing a career in politics, especially in economic and social development, this was the ideal internship for me. Thanks so much Caryna!


Hola, soy Cosima, tengo 23, de Inglaterra. Recién terminé una pasantía que Caryna y BAC me consiguió, trabajando con el depto de desarollo social, por el Gobierno de la Ciudad. Apliqué con poca antelación y me impresionó mucho como pueda empezar tan rapido, y como la pasantía fue tan apropriada para mi. Trabajaba en un proyecto de microcrédito, una tema en lo que estoy muy interesada, y además, me sentía como si estaba haciendo algo productivo para el pais! Practicaba mi castellano, particularmente a escribir formal, y he aprendido un montón sobre el pais y la cultura acá. Estoy pensando es un profesión en la politica, particularmente en desarollo economico y social, entonces fue la pasantía más ideal para mi. Muchas gracias Caryna!
